Elizabeth Avaricio, MD, FAAP
Dr. Avaricio is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical degree from SUNY Medical Center in Brooklyn. She completed her internship and residency at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, an institution within the North Shore University/Long Island Jewish Medical System. Dr. Avaricio is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Pediatric Society of Queens.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Avaricio is dedicated to educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. She contributes to medical publications, and gives community lectures on important pediatric topics.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Filipino, Dr. Avaricio is also a devoted wife and mother of three.

The Billing Department and Admin keeps the practice running smoothly by handling the details that matter—scheduling, billing, insurance, and paperwork. Whether it’s following up on claims or keeping things on track behind the scenes, this role brings clarity and structure to each day, helping families feel supported every step of the way.
Medical Assistants
Our Medical Assistants bring calm and coordination to a busy environment, helping create a steady rhythm to each day. They’re always ready to help—whether it’s assisting with patient care, preparing rooms, updating records, or making sure everything is exactly where it needs to be. With a focus on both efficiency and compassion, they help keep the practice running smoothly so that families, providers, and staff can focus on what truly matters: delivering great care and making every visit a positive experience.
Front Desk
The Front Desk offers a warm welcome to every family, helping guide each visit from start to finish. Whether it’s checking in patients, answering questions, or coordinating appointments, this role keeps things running smoothly while creating a friendly, helpful experience for all who walk through our doors.
